I’ve Been Where You Are

In 2020, my life looked great from the outside: happy marriage, three healthy kids, a solid job.

Inside, I was anxious, exhausted, and waking up in the middle of the night with stress sitting in my stomach.

I didn't trust myself. I didn't feel good in my own skin. And it was starting to affect my work, my relationships, and my kids.

I knew I couldn't keep living like that.

That breaking point led me into the work of emotional regulation—learning how the nervous system actually works and how to feel calm, grounded, and safe in my body again.

Today, I'm an emotional regulation coach. I help people regulate their nervous systems so they can stop living in constant anxiety and start feeling at peace with themselves.
